ELK GROVE –
February 26, 2010 – Laguna Physical Therapy & Hand Rehabilitation
is pleased to announce that Sarah E. McDowell, DPT has joined the practice. McDowell
has extensive experience in women’s health physical therapy including
pregnancy, post-partum, incontinence and sexual dysfunction in addition to a
focus on orthopedics, manual therapy and sports medicine.
McDowell was most
recently with Alegent Health Bellevue Physical Therapy in Bellevue, NE and,
before that, Alegent Health’s Midlands Hospital in Papillion, NE. She
received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University in Omaha,
Nebraska.
“Patients can expect a
knowledgeable, professional and patient-oriented therapist. I am dedicated to helping patients
obtain their goals,” said Sarah E. McDowell, DPT. “When it comes to women’s health, I
want patients to know that there are many options available through physical
therapy to help them overcome their diagnoses. After growing up in the area, I look forward to working at
LPT and getting involved in the community.”
McDowell is licensed to practice
physical therapy in Nebraska and California and is currently accepting new
patients.
