The graduate program assists with transitioning between an assisted rehabilitation program to a completely independent fitness program within an accustomed comfortable setting. Our commitment to excellence continues even after you have been discharged. The program provides a positive and friendly atmosphere that builds confidence to become independent with continual progress towards your goals.

• Program to fit to your needs with monthly fees

• No prescription needed from your doctor
• Facility and all equipment available any time during clinic hours
• Professional staff available for mentorship for no additional costs
